In the first part of our travel series, we discussed what to pack for a stress-free flight. Now, we’re back with some tips on actions to take in-flight to feel your best on all your adventures!
Whether you’re flying to the beaches of Maui, the forests of Costa Rica or the concrete jungle of New York City, the process of boarding, flying, Uber-ing, and settling into your destination can be hard on the body. The dry air in the airplane, dirty handles in taxis and public bathrooms, and of course, the infamous jet lag, can prime you for illness and exhaustion before your trip has even started. Airplanes are notoriously dry, and dehydration can exacerbate jet lag and make you susceptible to illness. That’s where Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier comes in.
