Becky LaChance's Acai Bowl Bliss

Becky LaChance is half superwoman, half super chef. She’s a registered nurse, elite marathon runner and a total foodie. Oh, and she’s got a thing for Liquid I.V. too! Here’s Becky’s personal recipe for a mouthwatering acai bowl, starring Acai Berry LIV.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen acai pack
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 scoop mixed berry collagen powder
  • Unsweetened almond for blending
  • 1 packet of Acai Berry Liquid I.V.

Ingredients:

Lyndsay Martin's Succulent Smoothie Bowl

An elite runner with 23 half-marathons to her name, Lyndsay Martin’s love for fitness is only matched by her passion for plants, hence the name of her go-to Liquid I.V. recipe. With ample greens, nuts and plenty of protein, this bowl will ensure that you feel satiated and get a ton of nutrients.  

Ingredients:

  • Mango
  • Coconut meat
  • Cauliflower
  • Zucchini
  • Protein powder
  • Flax
  • Maca
  • A handful of spinach
  • 1 packet of Lemon Lime Liquid I.V.⠀

Optional Toppings: Walnuts, Pecans, Pepitas, Maple + Almond Butter Granola, Maple Almond Butter

Instructions: Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add toppings and enjoy!

Acai Envy Fruit Popsicles

When you’re searching for a sweet treat to cool off, you can’t go wrong with popsicles. Our twist on Kimberly Snyder’s end-of-summer recipe is guaranteed to provide a refreshing burst of flavor during hot summer days.

Ingredients [Makes 10 Popsicles]

Smoothie Layer:

  • 2 pure unsweetened Sambazon acai packets
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • Coconut nectar to taste
  • 1 packet of Acai Berry Liquid I.V.

Fruit Layer:

  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Thinly sliced strawberries and blueberries

Instructions:

  • Blend Sambazon acai packs, Acai Berry Liquid I.V., banana, mango, peaches, and coconut nectar until smooth.
  • Fill popsicle mold halfway with acai blend. Add sticks and freeze until firm.

Mocktail Magic: Pineapple Limeade Cooler

Nothing screams summer like an ice cold mocktail. Be your own barista and toast the season with this fun, fizzy and fruity drink. This round was inspired by our friends at Good Life Eats.

Ingredients:

  • 1 part pineapple juice
  • 1 ½ part limeade
  • ½ part club soda or Sierra Mist
  • Ice
  • Lime wedges
  • Mint leaves
  • 1 packet Lemon-Lime Liquid I.V.
